Hi everyone… I started working on this bowie almost a year ago. I expected it to be finished after the summer holidays, but other things got in the way. Anyway, I only tracked my time for the first two months and then lost count, so I’d estimate around 10–12 weeks of work on it. Some parts were pretty tricky.
It’s an absolute beast — nearly half a meter (20´´) overall, kind of a “bear-paw” chopper, I’d say. It bit my hand during the progress so i call him – GARRY BEARCLAW Hope you like it, and next year I’ll be looking forward to seeing you with more nice custom works.
Dimensions: 48/32 cm (18.9/12.6″), widest point on the ch. is 65 mm (2.56″), thickness 7 mm (0.28″). Materials: twisted multi-bar “mosaic” damascus and Arizona ironwood.
